General Information: The clover is very common, found in fields, meadows and roadsides throughout the area. It is in bloom from the spring through the fall. It is considered a biennial or a short-lived perennial. It can range from 6" to 24" in height. It is a member of the Pea family.

The leaves are divided into three oval leaflets, which are fine-toothed with prominent white "V" marks. Flowers are magenta or purple in rounded heads.
